This is Atlas' most prestigious award. To earn this award, you must achieve a Superior Warehouse Rating in random inspections, Hauling Excellence Award for, among other things, outstanding ratings evaluations by customer, and World-Class Commitment for measures of excellence in 12 critical performance areas.

Hauling Excellence Award

We have received the Hauling Excellence Award for 20 consecutive years. To qualify for a Hauling Excellence Award, an agent had to haul over $750,000 in household goods revenue during the Convention Year. Winners were then determined by reviewing Atlas' shippers' responses on our service questionnaires. Agents had to have a rating of at least 4.5 on "rate the driver" and a 90% rating on "would you use our service again." The finalists were then reviewed by Safety and Claims.
